Chana Masala

Chana Masala is one of my all-time favourites. It is a delicious and flavourful Indian Curry made by cooking chickpeas in a spicy tomato and onion gravy. It is simple but bursting with flavours. It is perfect gravy to go along with puri. However, you can also pair it with rice, paratha or Bhature. Chana Masala is added to this curry is readily available at most provision stores and imparts that special flavour.

Chickpeas are a great source of protein and fibre. Additionally, it helps in improving digestion, weight management and reducing your calorie intake at meals.
