Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt as per taste

Method of preparation

  • First of all, rinse the mangoes and peel the skin off and cut them into small pieces.
  • Combine the mango pieces along with water and sugar and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  • Strain the mixture with the help of a strainer.
  • Add orange juice, lemon juice, black pepper and sugar to it.
