Ingredients

  • 150 gms paneer, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  • Start by marinating the paneer cubes by mixing together the oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, onion cubes and tomato cubes to the marinade and mix to coat all the cubes. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Thread the paneer cubes, bell pepper cubes, onion and tomato onto metal skewers (or wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes).
  • Place the skewers onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake the skewers in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables and paneer are lightly browned.
