Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cubed beetroot
  • 2 cup cubed carrot
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare

  • Juice out carrots, beetroot and mint leaves using an electric juicer.
  • Add 1/2 cup water(or required), lemon juice, sugar and salt to taste.
  • Stir well and pour into two glasses.

Variation

You can also add tomatoes, ginger and Indian gooseberries(amla) as a variation.
