  • 50 gms white butter
  • 100 gms all-purpose flour
  • 130 gms milkmaid
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate essence
  • Chocolate chips

Method of preparation

  • Sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Add butter and milkmaid to it and beat well.
  • Add cocoa powder, chocolate essence and chocolate chips as per the measurement.
  • Drop the batter in equal portions into the paper cups.
  • Bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes or bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
