Ingredients
- 200 gms Pasta
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation
- Take one pan and boil water. Put the pasta in boiled water and cook it for 8 minutes.
- Once it is cooked, put them aside. Drain the water with the help of a strainer and wash it with cold water.
- Roast all the vegetables in an oven or gas burner.
- In a blender jar, add your vegetables along with 2 tsp olive oil and blend it into the sauce.
- You can also add a little bit of water if the sauce is too thick.
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add the prepared sauce.
- Season it with oregano, red pepper flakes and salt. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with processed cheese and fresh parsley.
