Today we are bringing you this super simple recipe of grilled vegetable sandwich with spicy chutney and ketchup that can go very well for the evening snack. The best part is that the sandwich as a whole is stunningly delicious and as well as healthy.

All we have to do is mix some veggies and season it with species and voila! The sandwich is ready to enjoy. The preparation will take less than 15 minutes and is perfect as a lunchbox recipe as well.

World Record for most Sandwiches made in one hour-
The number of sandwiches made in one hour is 57,662 and was achieved by TangoTab (USA) in Arlington, Texas, USA, on 2 February 2019. TangoTab is a prior Guinness World Records title holder in this category and regained its title with this attempt.

World Record for largest Sandwich-
The largest sandwich weighed 2,467.5 kg and was made by Wild Woody’s Chill and Grill, Roseville, Michigan, USA on 17 March 2005. The sandwich contained 68 kg mustard, 468.1 kg corned beef, 117.9 kg cheese, 240.4 kg lettuce and 1,618.4 kg bread.

World Record for longest Sandwich-
The longest sandwich measured 735 m (2,411 ft 5 in) and was created by members of three teams in total. The width of the sandwich was 12.5cm and the overall estimated weight of the sandwich is 577.03kg.

Ingredients

  • 100 gms shredded cabbage
  • 50 gms shredded carrot
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • ½ medium-sized capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized green chilly, finely chopped
  • 3 cheese cubes
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Butter
  • Salt to taste

How to proceed

  • Rinse all the vegetables and shred the cabbage and carrot.
  • Finely chop the onions and capsicum with the help of a chopper.
  • Take a bowl and mix all the veggies and season it with salt and black pepper.
  • Now add chaat masala and mix it well.
  • Take a bread slice and spread butter on it.
  • Next, layer it with tomato ketchup and then spread the layer of the prepared mixture.
  • Apply grated cheese and cover it with another bread.
  • Spread butter on the top of bread and toast it with the help of a toaster.
  • Serve it with chutney or ketchup.
